News Portal, Digital Office and Women-Centric E-Commerce Business Models Introduced on Monthly Rental Basis
New Delhi, August 10, 2026, (SDNA). Taking a significant step towards making Digital India more accessible to small businesses, entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs across the country, Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies (LVGC) has launched a range of new digital business models based on a monthly rental concept.
The key highlight of the initiative is that individuals and small businesses will no longer necessarily need to make a large one-time investment to establish their digital presence. Instead, they can begin their digital business journey through affordable monthly rental plans.
According to Dr. Vinayak Ashok Jain Luniya, Chairperson of Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies (LVGC), a large section of the country still wants to expand traditional businesses and connect them with digital platforms. However, investing ₹10,000, ₹20,000, ₹50,000 or more at one time for websites, digital infrastructure, online marketing and other technological facilities is not always affordable for small entrepreneurs.
Keeping this challenge in mind, LVGC has introduced its monthly rental business model with the objective of making digital entrepreneurship more accessible and affordable.
News Portal Starting at ₹499 Per Month
LVGC has launched two major plans for the digital media sector.
The first is the Basic News Portal Plan, available at just ₹499 per month + 18% GST. The plan is designed to enable individuals and small entrepreneurs to start their own digital news portal with a relatively low initial financial commitment.
The company has also launched the AI+ News Portal Plan, priced at ₹1,199 per month + 18% GST. The key feature of this plan is AI-based news automation.
Through LVGC News Agency, news content will be connected with an automation system, enabling the portal to automatically publish up to 20 news stories per day. The initiative is aimed at helping small digital media operators maintain regular content updates and streamline news management.
Digital Office for Small Businesses at ₹499 Per Month
To provide small traders, service providers and entrepreneurs with a stronger digital identity, LVGC has also launched its Digital Office model.
Under this model, a digital office facility will be available at just ₹499 per month + 18% GST on a monthly rental basis.
The objective is to help small businesses establish an online presence, strengthen their digital identity and reach potential customers through digital marketing.
Women-Centric E-Commerce Business Model Under the Narishakti Project
One of the most significant components of the new initiative is the “Women Empowerment through Economic Empowerment” programme, launched under LVGC’s Narishakti Project.
Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies (LVGC) has been working for a long time on various projects and initiatives aimed at women’s empowerment and economic self-reliance. Taking these efforts forward in accordance with the requirements of the digital era, LVGC has now introduced a dedicated E-Commerce Business Model for Women.
Under this model, women can start their own e-commerce business at a monthly rental of ₹999 + 18% GST. In addition, GST Filing assistance will be available at ₹499 per month + 18% GST.
Dropshipping Model Eliminates the Need for Large Inventory
A major feature of the women-focused e-commerce model is the Dropshipping system.
Women will not be required to maintain large physical inventories for selling products. LVGC will provide support in the product availability, shipping and delivery process.
This model is intended to reduce the initial challenges associated with maintaining warehouses, purchasing large inventories and managing logistics. Women can primarily focus on operating their online stores, customer service, promotion and increasing sales.
Digital Market for Women-Made Products
Another important feature of the e-commerce initiative is that products manufactured by women themselves will also be given a special place on the LVGC e-commerce platform.
Products manufactured through rural, household and small-scale enterprises, including pickles, spices, multigrain flour, edible oils, handmade home-decor products, flower potlis, torans, garlands, rakhis, Raksha Potlis and kalawa, among other traditional and handmade products, are proposed to be brought into the digital marketplace.
The objective is to provide women producing goods from their homes or small enterprises with an opportunity to reach a wider customer base instead of remaining restricted to local markets.
Branding Through Maa Ka Masala Foods
Dr. Vinayak Ashok Jain Luniya stated that selected food and other products manufactured by women are proposed to be launched as branded products under Maa Ka Masala Foods Pvt. Ltd.
He said special attention would be given to cleanliness, hygiene and quality during the preparation and packaging of these products.
Through this initiative, LVGC aims to connect women’s traditional skills, household products and small-scale enterprises with organised markets and digital branding opportunities.
Product Range of More Than 10,000 Items
The LVGC e-commerce model is planned to include products across several categories, including fashion, cosmetics, food products, kitchen and daily-use items, body care and home décor.
Traditional, household and handmade products created by women will also form part of the product range.
According to the company, the product portfolio will continue to expand over time, with a target of including more than 10,000 products.
Complete E-Commerce Business Model at ₹1,498 Per Month
For women entrepreneurs, LVGC has also prepared a comprehensive business package.
Under the model, an e-commerce website, dropshipping facility, product availability and other digital business services are proposed to be provided together at a monthly rental of ₹1,498.
The package will also include assistance with GST Registration and MSME Registration, support for opening a business bank account and other business-related facilities.
Women will also be provided with a Free Digital Marketing Training Course to help them effectively operate and expand their online businesses.
The objective is to provide women with an integrated digital business ecosystem comprising website, products, dropshipping, shipping support, registrations, banking assistance and digital marketing training.
“Women Are the Embodiment of Divine Power”
Speaking about women’s empowerment, Dr. Vinayak Ashok Jain Luniya, Chairperson of LV Group of Companies, said, “Women are the embodiment of divine power.”
He said that in Indian culture, divine feminine power represents strength, courage, creation and leadership. Similarly, every woman possesses the potential to play an important role in building families, society and the nation.
He said that women who efficiently manage their homes can also effectively manage businesses and enterprises when provided with the right opportunities.
According to Dr. Vinayak Ashok Jain Luniya, the objective of the Narishakti Project is not merely to provide women with an opportunity to start a business, but also to provide them with the digital tools, products, training and market access required to take their businesses forward.
He further stated that with the right opportunities and digital platforms, women can not only strengthen the financial position of their families but can also become successful entrepreneurs and create employment opportunities for others.
A Convergence of Digital India and Narishakti
The new initiative by LVGC represents an effort to bring together digital entrepreneurship and women’s economic empowerment.
While the monthly rental model aims to reduce the initial cost of establishing a digital business for small traders and entrepreneurs, the Narishakti Project provides women with an opportunity to enter the e-commerce sector and build their own digital enterprises.
The proposed inclusion of food products, handmade products and household products manufactured by women gives the initiative a broader dimension by creating a potential bridge between women entrepreneurship, local products and the digital marketplace.
Under the leadership of Dr. Vinayak Ashok Jain Luniya, the Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies (LVGC) model is based on the concept of “low investment, digital accessibility and business expansion.”
The company aims to take the opportunities of the digital economy to small businesses, new entrepreneurs and women while helping them become more economically empowered through technology.
The core message of the initiative is clear: starting a digital business does not always require a large capital investment; with the right digital platform, guidance and opportunity, even a small beginning can be transformed into a growing enterprise.
