Initiative to Connect Regional Media Houses Across 36 States as Associates and Make Them Shareholders; Public Grievance and Public Hearing Services Also Launched
New Delhi/Indore: Sachcha Dost News Agency (SDNA), operated under LV Group of Companies, has launched a nationwide associate expansion campaign with the objective of strengthening its media network across the country and connecting regional media institutions with a national platform. Under the campaign, an initiative is being undertaken to connect regional media houses operating across 36 states as SDNA associates and facilitate their participation as shareholders in the company.
Dr. Vinayak Ashok Luniya, Chairperson of LV Group of Companies, said that the objective of the campaign is not merely to expand SDNA, but to build a strong nationwide media network that promotes fair, responsible and public-interest journalism.
He said SDNA aims to bring the voice of every region of the country to the national level. Regional media institutions are closely connected with local issues, public-interest concerns and important developments in their respective areas. Therefore, connecting them with a national media network is a priority for SDNA.
Regional Media Houses to Be Given Important Responsibilities
Dr. Luniya said that SDNA is working on a plan to associate reputed regional media houses operating in different states and entrust them with responsibility for media and news activities in their respective states.
He said that a strong regional media network would provide local news with a national platform and help bring the real issues of different parts of the country to wider public attention.

Expansion into 14 Indian Languages Alongside Hindi and English
SDNA currently provides digital news agency services in Hindi, English and Marathi. The agency is now preparing to expand into major regional languages across the country.
In the next phase, the agency plans to expand into Gujarati, Bengali, Assamese, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Punjabi, Nepali and Odia, among other Indian languages. Overall, work is underway to operate SDNA in 14 Indian languages.
Dr. Luniya said that building a strong and reliable team of associates in every state is a major challenge for such a large-scale linguistic expansion, but SDNA is continuously working in this direction.
Regional Issues to Receive Equal Importance Alongside National News
Speaking about SDNA’s editorial policy, Dr. Luniya said that while major and important national news will receive priority, regional problems, local public-interest issues and matters concerning ordinary citizens will also be given special importance.
He said that the true picture of India is not limited to metropolitan cities. Numerous important events and public issues occur in small cities, towns and rural areas, but many of them do not receive adequate national attention. Through its network, SDNA will seek to provide such stories with a wider platform.
Public Grievance and Public Hearing Service Launched
Along with its media expansion, SDNA has also launched a Public Grievance and Public Hearing Service. The objective is to assist citizens in taking their problems and complaints to the concerned department or competent authority.
Dr. Luniya said that any citizen can submit a complaint regarding a local issue, government or administrative matter, private institution, company, service provider or other related issue through SDNA’s Public Grievance Office (PGO) service.
He said that after understanding the complaint, efforts would be made to forward it to the concerned department or competent institution and follow up at the appropriate level for its resolution.
Assistance in Cases of Financial Fraud
Dr. Luniya said that if a person has suffered financial fraud and does not receive an appropriate response despite approaching the police or other authorities, an effort will be made to take up the matter through SDNA’s public grievance mechanism.
He clarified that SDNA will not replace any investigation agency. Its objective will be to help take the victim’s complaint to the appropriate platform and assist in pursuing available legal procedures toward a possible resolution.
Support in Legal Procedures and RTI
Dr. Luniya said that, whenever required, SDNA may provide necessary assistance through its associate organization, Biz Law Advisory Pvt. Ltd., regarding available legal procedures, appropriate consultation and statutory mechanisms such as RTI (Right to Information).
He said that while dealing with any complaint, it is important to consider facts, the version of the concerned parties and available documents. SDNA will seek to operate its public grievance service on the basis of facts, law and public interest.

Dr. Vinayak Ashok Luniya said that for SDNA, media is not merely a means of disseminating news but also a platform to serve as a responsible bridge between citizens and the system.
