(SDNA) Indore. Running for 8 minutes and 16 seconds, the video aims to explain the programme’s proposed business model, services, estimated business setup costs, initial investment requirements and potential financial benefits.

The initiative is designed around a work-from-home model that seeks to help women establish and manage digital businesses. The proposed support package brings together services such as e-commerce website development, branding, assistance with online seller account creation, product access, digital marketing, training and business guidance.

Through this initiative, LVGC aims to make entrepreneurship more accessible to women by helping them establish an online business without necessarily having to invest in a separate shop or office at the outset.

₹9,000 Initial Investment for a Digital Business Setup

Under the Nari Shakti programme, LVGC is offering a proposed business setup package at a one-time registration fee of ₹9,000. According to the company, the package is intended to include business services and facilities valued at up to approximately ₹1 lakh.

The actual services provided, their availability and the applicable conditions will be governed by the written agreement between the company and the participating women.

The programme focuses on helping participants build their own business identity, explore online product sales and use digital platforms to operate their ventures from home. By bringing multiple business support services together, the initiative seeks to reduce some of the initial barriers that women may face when starting an enterprise.

Beyond Monthly Earnings: A Vision for Long-Term Financial Independence

Dr. Vinayak Ashok Luniya said the programme has been conceived with a broader objective than generating income for a few days or months. Its long-term vision is to equip women with practical business experience, technical knowledge and entrepreneurial skills that can help them strengthen their financial position over time.

According to Dr. Luniya, the initiative is not limited to the narrow expectation of earning ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month. Instead, the company hopes that participating women will gradually learn the fundamentals of digital commerce, improve their business capabilities and work towards developing their own brands into established enterprises.

He emphasised that digital technology and online commerce are expected to remain important parts of the evolving business environment. Therefore, preparing women only for present-day requirements would not be enough. Continuous learning, adapting to changing technologies and responding to market needs will also be essential for sustainable business growth.

Combining Technology, Training and Business Guidance

LVGC’s approach places emphasis on helping participating women understand the changing requirements of digital commerce and the support services available to them.

Activities such as online product listing, brand development, social media promotion and order management can help women become familiar with modern business operations.

Dr. Luniya noted that starting a business is only the first step towards success. Entrepreneurs must also understand market demand, select suitable products, maintain quality, respond to customer expectations and adapt to technological changes.

The programme seeks to encourage women to develop these capabilities so that they can make informed business decisions and improve their ability to manage and expand their ventures.

From Home-Based Ventures to Larger Enterprises

LVGC’s long-term vision is to encourage women to expand their businesses as their experience and entrepreneurial capabilities grow.

Women participating in the programme may, over time, work towards establishing stronger brands, reaching wider customer bases and developing more structured business operations.

The company also envisages that some successful women-led enterprises could eventually expand their operations and create employment opportunities for others.

In this sense, the Nari Shakti programme aims to connect women’s self-employment with the broader possibilities of entrepreneurship and future job creation. However, actual business growth, earnings and employment generation will depend on factors such as market demand, sales performance, operating costs, management and the individual enterprise’s overall performance.

Understanding Investment, Services and Refund Conditions

The informational video is intended to help prospective participants understand the proposed investment, available services and potential business opportunities before making a decision.

LVGC has referred to a proposed 100-day business surrender option with a 100% refund policy, opportunities to become an associate partner after six months, and other support facilities. The precise eligibility criteria, timelines, exclusions and procedures for these benefits should be clearly specified in the relevant written memorandum of understanding (MoU) and contractual documents.

Similarly, product margins, credit facilities, approval of seller accounts on online marketplaces and opportunities for international expansion will be subject to applicable rules, eligibility requirements and relevant platform or regulatory approvals.

The company’s projected margins and potential earnings should not be interpreted as guaranteed income or assured returns. Prospective participants should carefully review the complete terms, the services included in the package and any additional costs before investing.
