Pilgrims from Five Madhya Pradesh Districts to Travel from December 2 to 7

Indore, September 30: The pilgrimage schedule under the Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana 2026-27, Phase-II, has been revised, with the proposed Varanasi-Gaya journey now replaced by a pilgrimage to Rameswaram.

The pilgrimage was earlier scheduled from October 4 to 9, 2026, for eligible pilgrims from Indore, Barwani, Alirajpur, Dewas and Ujjain districts. Officials said the earlier programme has been changed due to unavoidable reasons.

Under the revised schedule, pilgrims from the five districts will undertake the Rameswaram pilgrimage from December 2 to December 7, 2026. Indore will remain the originating railway station for the journey.
